Wildlife Jewels Admitted as New IUCN Member
Wildlife Jewels is honored and excited to announce that we have been admitted as a Member of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).
Founded in 1948, IUCN is a global conservation Union that brings together governments, government agencies, Indigenous Peoples’ organizations, and nonprofit organizations in a unique network dedicated to conserving nature and advancing sustainable solutions for people and the planet.
As an IUCN Member, Wildlife Jewels joins a worldwide community working to protect biodiversity, conserve ecosystems, and safeguard wildlife for future generations.
This milestone strengthens Wildlife Jewels’ commitment to protecting wildlife from human-caused threats through wildlife monitoring, rescue, education, community engagement, science, technology, and the arts. We look forward to engaging with fellow IUCN Members, expert Commissions, and conservation leaders from around the world to help advance our shared vision of a just world that values and conserves nature.
We are grateful for this opportunity and look forward to contributing to the global conservation community while continuing our work to protect wildlife and inspire action for wildlife.
