Paint the Jewels of the San Dieguito Lagoon
Wildlife Jewels is excited to bring Paint the Jewels to the San Dieguito Lagoon in collaboration with the San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy (SDRVC), which is hosting this special experience at the lagoon as part of its Art in Nature series.

Meet Learn From Wildlife® Discoveries — a new addition to Wildlife Jewels®’ Learn From Wildlife® education program.
Join us as we explore wildlife wonders through the lens of arts, science & technology to raise awareness for wildlife, spark curiosity, and inspire action to protect wildlife. Each live Zoom experience spotlights one species, bringing together visual learning, science-based insights, and real-world observations from the field and community—designed to help us understand wildlife with care and respect.
EYES Field Day: Seals & Sea Stars (Valentine’s Edition) — La Jolla
Wildlife Jewels presents an EYES Program Field Day, in collaboration with SDSU MEBSA!
We’ll observe harbor seals from a safe distance and explore tidepools to document sea stars and other intertidal life. SDSU students will be collecting structured observations, and you’ll learn tidepool etiquette, wildlife-safe viewing, and how simple monitoring supports marine stewardship.
