Our “Marine Debris Cleanup and Wildlife Tales “Program” provide a distinctive chance to make a significant impact on marine conservation while delving into the experiences of distinctive marine life that have been affected by human activities. Through cleanup activities and captivating narratives, you'll play a vital role in preserving our oceans and nurturing a stronger sense of responsibility for our natural world. Join us in protecting these incredible creatures by taking small actions every day.

Program Description:
Step into our Marine Debris Cleanup and Wildlife Tales program, an invitation to actively contribute to the conservation of marine life. This initiative ignites a sense of purpose by engaging individuals in beach cleanup activities while delving into the captivating stories of marine life affected by human activities, such as fishing gear, tar balls, and plastic pollution. Join us for a day of beach cleanup and exploration, where you can make a tangible impact and uncover the incredible journeys of unique wildlife. Discover how small actions in your daily life can contribute to their protection.
Program Highlights:
Beach Cleanup: Be part of our beach cleanup efforts, where you can play an active role in preserving the beauty and health of our coastal areas. Through cleaning up debris from the beach, you directly contribute to the well-being of marine ecosystems and the creatures that depend on them.
Marine Life Tales: Each program session features captivating narratives that introduce you to the fascinating marine species native to our coastal regions. These stories provide a window into the lives of these creatures and the challenges they face due to human activities, offering an enlightening and educational experience.

On Sunday December 15th, Wildlife Jewels organized and hosted a community beach clean-up in Corona Del Mar State Beach and king tides exploration walk at little corona del mar tide pools. This event was part of our Sweep for Wildlife program from our Ocean Conservation initiative aimed at cleaning the beach and educating the community about our native wildlife, the threats debris poses to their lives, and ways they can contribute to protecting them.

Wildlife Jewels held a guided beach clean-up, participants helped clean the beach of plastic debris, discovered the wildlife, the human-induced threats they are facing, and learned about ways digital innovation can assist in rescuing injured seabirds and marine life!

Wildlife Jewels’s Ocean Program showcase the mesmerizing beauty and captivating behaviors and unique stories of marine life through our artistic and educational initiatives, while highlighting the devastating consequences of human-induced threats that endanger our precious marine life and disrupt the delicate balance of our oceans worldwide.Through our ambitious monitoring and observation programs, we aim to be the guardians of our coastal wildlife. We observe and track coastal wildlife, document human impacts, and provide assistance to wildlife in distress. By documenting and raising awareness of the detrimental effects of human-induced threats on marine life, we strive to protect marine species and inspire positive change.
