.Waiver of Liability (Required) PLEASE READ CAREFULLY As a condition of being allowed to participate in Wildlife Jewels® activities, I, the Participant (or the Participant’s parent/guardian if under 18), agree to the following: The Participant will only perform tasks within their ability, follow safety rules, and act responsibly. Assumption of Risks: Participation may involve hazardous materials, wildlife encounters, or challenging environments. I voluntarily assume all risks of injury, death, or property damage. Photographs, Videos, and Audio Recordings: I consent to Wildlife Jewels® using photos, video, or audio taken during events for educational and promotional purposes. Waiver & Release: I release and hold harmless Wildlife Jewels® from any claims of injury, loss, or damage arising from participation. Acknowledgment: I have read this waiver, understand its contents, and agree that it is binding on me, my heirs, and assigns.
